 I have "Eye in the Sky" on a KCRW cassette from the '90's.  No Kornfield.

    You have a better memory than I.  I listened then but remember
few details.  Have you a version recorded in the '90s?  The second is
from 2000.

says the credits aired with the show in 1996 don't mention Kornfield
while the credits from 2000 do, evidence, but not proof: Joe could
have corrected an omission.
